Background: AA degree from University of Phoenix in IT Support. My previous job I was the support supervisor for business applications for the sales field. Constantly working on my personal development such as attending Administrative Assistance Conference. Also attending seminars for Business Writing, Communications, & handling multiple projects. Looking forward to joining local networking groups and associations. Experience working with TraderDirect, Miles33, TigerPaw and Sage.

Josh Fitzgerald

Background: High School Diploma. I started as an IT Intern for my high school and moved slowly but surely to a Network Engineer to the Dept. of Veterans Affairs before leaving WV. When I arrived in Virginia Beach I began working for MSPs.

Likes: Computers will always be my main hobby! I am starting to learn programming and scripting more in depth in my free time. I love all kinds of books from military non-fiction to sci-fi, crime and fantasy fiction. My favorite thing to eat would be a Bacon Burger from Peck and Pour! My favorite TV shows include Rick & Morty, Person of Interest, iZombie, Blacklist and I’m loving all the Marvel movies!

Clint Null

Role: Desktop Support Specialist

Hometown: Homestead AFB, Florida

Inspiration: I love how my kids assault me at the door with hugs whether I’ve been gone all day at work or if I just spent 30 seconds checking the mail. I am always inspired by the energy my wife finds to keep up with them.

Background: BS Network Security from ECPI University Newport News. Worked within the Managed Services Provider field since graduating in December of 2014. I started as a Service Coordinator and transitioning into a Desktop Support Role.

Likes: I love spending time out with my wife and children and traveling to visit my family across the water in Norfolk or occasionally on the east side of the Black Sea in Krasnodar, Russia.

Best thing about Mode5: Mode5 is a team oriented environment where team members are encouraged to grow personally and professionally. I have not been part of an organization which takes such an interest in the personal development and well being of their team members since I served in the Marine Corps.

Christina Rogers

Role: Outside Sales Executive

Hometown: Virginia Beach, Virginia

Inspiration: My inspiration is my daughter surviving her rat year at VMI. I’ve always found inspiration in people overcoming life and accomplishing the extraordinary — not famous people, just ordinary people who become extraordinary. I’ve always tried to be inspirational for my daughter, but this year has flipped that on its head as she has inspired me.

Background: Southwestern College, WSU, ETSU, UT, ODU Some people collect stamps…My mom always asked me why I bothered getting degrees when all I do is sales. Because, Mom, college was fun!

Likes: Whenever I have a spare minute, I enjoy running marathons, biking, volleyball, scuba diving, rapelling, kayaking, and basically anything outdoors. I listen to books while travelling to client meetings and love going to hear live bands. I play a few instruments myself. I run the boardwalk almost everyday, so give me a wave if you happen to be at the beach and see a blonde ponytail streak by.

Best thing about Mode5: My favorite thing about Mode5 is the people. Everyone truly cares about what they do, each other and our clients. It’s a very positive work environment. I am completely confidant that each client I introduce to Mode5 will be taken care of like family — the kind you love, not the weird uncle you keep “forgetting” about.

Tiana Lopez

Role: Marketing Coordinator

Inspiration: It’s all about peace, joy, and love for me; and living life to the fullest. Life is too short to live with regret and to not take take chances.

Background: I studied medical assisting, then went on to pursue a career in the arts. I studied theatre and have years of experience in casting, producing, makeup artistry and all things related to video production. I attended Liberty University and Regent University.

Likes: Evenings and weekends, you can usually find me snuggled on the couch with my husband and kitties. On the weekends, I’m the usually messing up my kitchen with a new recipe, and working on my Sunday blog.
