We spoke to our distributor and peers in the industry and they are expecting a 20% increase in computer and networking hardware. In fact, distributors have been attempting to increase stock in the warehouses in anticipation of price increases due to tariffs.
Falcon Northwest CEO Kelt Reeves said, “[The] PC industry is infamously low margin, so no one can afford to ‘cushion’ 20 percent. Prices already went up incredibly fast on almost every component we buy to build a PC. Stock that was already here vanished, as anything new will be minimum 20% more.”

In addition to Tariffs raising prices on PC, laptops, servers, and networking equipment, Windows 10 will no longer be support after October 14th, 2025, which is expected to cause supply shortages.
If you have upgrades to make on your network, we recommend upgrading sooner rather than to reduce cost and ensure you won’t run into stock shortages.
