Chase Tinkham will serve as your dedicated Client Account Manager (CAM). Chase will serve as your point of contact for your Quarterly Business Reviews, business needs, technology changes, and more.
We ended our exhaustive search to find an individual with the right combination of knowledge, training, and experience to meet the demands of this critical position when we found Chase Tinkham. As the son of a small business owner, Chase was literally raised to be a dedicated account manager with the highest degree of integrity. Chase’s dad often took him on client appointments so Chase had the opportunity to learn early on to “Do The Right Thing”.
Chase has a resume almost entirely focused on business and account management. A local guy, who graduated from Hickory High School, Chase stayed in the area attending Old Dominion University where he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Public Administration with a Minor in Marketing. After college, he was hired by an organization in the Washington, D.C. area selling Marketing Automation and Public Relations software and services. That company gave him the opportunity to work extensively with small and mid-sized businesses in a variety of fields including Education, Legal, Healthcare, Nonprofit Organizations and Associations, Retail, and Technology.
