Here We Grow Again
Actually, Mode5 has been growing since we opened our doors over 14 years ago. Growth has always been one of our 5 Core Values. It has to be if we are to achieve our vision to remarkably improve the lives of our clients, staff, and community by being a world class technology services firm in the Mid-Atlantic.
As part of our strategy for continued growth, Mode5 expanded its organizational chart to include an Executive Service Manager position. This will provide additional resources to the Implementation and Support Departments while freeing other executives to focus on their unique abilities related to Mode5’s business strategy, growth, technology, services, and development.
On July 25, 2016, we had the right person on board and working in this key position. By way of introduction, Mode5 President, Matt Bakey, said “We’re excited for this growth at the company and to announce Ted Sakis as the individual joining as our new Executive Service Manager. Ted comes to Mode5 with nearly 20 years of experience in service delivery and management and will be a valuable addition to the Mode5 team. He shares our core service values and is excited to help drive our vision at Mode5 to be a world class technology firm.”
Ted is a lifetime Hampton Roads resident, a graduate of Cox High School, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from ODU. His professional career path demonstrates his expertise in leading, managing, and developing diverse service teams in both entrepreneurial and large corporate environments. Positions he has held include Director of Technical Support for Cox Communications; Senior VP/General Manager at General Electric in Norfolk and Director of Operations for a Hosting Company.
Ted lives in Virginia Beach with his three daughters. Off the job Ted enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer, attending sports events, and listening to live music.
