Our mission at Mode5 is to provide the technology and tools that our clients need to run their business and achieve their goals. We also constantly strive to provide the best technology implementation and support so clients can focus work, not on their IT. To that end, Mode5 created a new position, Service Coordinator, and hired an exceptional talent, Tiana Lopez, to assure that Mode5 delivers the service and support our clients deserve and have come to expect from us. As Service Coordinator, Tiana is totally focused on all incoming service requests, determining the status of those requests, and scheduling those requests for the Support Department. In addition, she is responsible for organizing the data from client requests to analyze trends and identify any reoccurring issues that need to be addressed.
Tiana’s resume is chock full of the people, technical, and organizational skills to fit the demands of the Service Coordinator position. With her winning smile, pleasant phone voice, and energy level reminiscent of the Energizer Bunny, Tiana is a great fit for Mode5. From her first day, Tiana has worked hard to learn about our clients and keep the work flowing smoothly. Tiana says that everyday she looks for new ways to assist the Support Technicians to achieve their goal of providing the best quality technical service for Mode5 clients as fast as humanly possible. The Support Department’s success as a Team was validated when they received their best scores to date on last month’s client follow-up surveys. Their Support Manager said “It is encouraging to see that our clients appreciate the hard, quality work that we put into assisting them so they can do their jobs.
